Leadership: A responsibility December 1, 2011

It may seem cliché to hear the saying, “With great leadership, comes responsibility”. But that’s reality. I have been with so many tasks that requires this kind of principle. I thought that I had get used to it. In the end, it’s still the same answer. No. Now with a new challenge that awaits me, the challenge that I was able to peek through from the hole is definitely DIFFICULT. It’s not just being “mere leader”, but a leader that acts with everyone. It’s not that I’m very bossy. I mean, been there, done that. It’s a kind of leadership with the idea of “all for one, one for all”. Having the tasks to really consider and weigh in the situation that sometimes makes me feel dumb and useless.  It’s also the case the you have to make sure that the benefit is for the whole GROUP. The hopeless emotion. It’s not good, but it’s part of life. This challenge as I have mentioned is still at the starting point. I feel so hopeless and I’m saying it many times. It definitely makes my head ache but that’s what a challenge is: DIFFICULT. But still, let’s be optimistic and give the best that we can. Fight for the win!
